Meet Kimberly Raslan

Kimberly Raslan is the chief executive officer of Kelton Legend, a multidimensional talent acquisition consulting organization dedicated to building exceptional teams and shaping the future of leadership.
With over 20 years of experience spanning the University of California, Irvine, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), Northrop Grumman, GE Aviation, Raytheon, Honda, and Nationwide, Kimberly has led high-impact recruiting teams focused on attracting top engineering, science, and business talent. Her career has taken her from corporate boardrooms to the icy landscapes of Antarctica, where she successfully deployed as part of Raytheon’s Polar Services team supporting the National Science Foundation.
She founded Kelton Legend in February 2017, creating a solutions-oriented HR technology team poised to partner with clients to ensure that systems support strategy and process.
A graduate of Wilberforce University, Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and multiple industry certifications, including Six Sigma, SHRM PHR, and Certified Project Manager. She remains an active leader in the talent acquisition community both domestically and internationally.
Her passion for leadership, diversity, and legacy-building is the driving force behind The Egypt Experience, where she invites women to step into their boldest, most fearless leadership selves.
Kimberly will serve as the conference moderator, ensuring a deep and abiding connection between conference concepts, our roster of exceptional facilitators, and our conference guests.
