Conference Curriculum

Conference objectives designed to elevate your leadership profile

Are you ready to do the work?

The leader you are today is not the leader you were yesterday - and the leader you aspire to become is shaped by every success, challenge, word of encouragement, mistake, and moment of growth along the way. Lessons in Leadership centers on four core principles, thoughtfully curated and expertly delivered to support your evolution as a leader. Through listening, interaction, exploration, and shared reflection, you will deepen your self-awareness and expand your leadership capacity. Each session invites you to stretch beyond comfort, integrate meaningful insights, and emerge with a clear professional commitment to yourself and your leadership journey.

Session Descriptions

CREATING ORDER - This session explores natural order as the foundation of effective leadership, drawing inspiration from ancient design, intentional structure, and timeless systems of alignment. Using the symbolism of the pyramids, participants examine how clarity of purpose, defined roles, and thoughtful design create reliability, deeper fulfillment, and preservation within organizations. The session distinguishes between organizational order and cultural order, highlighting how expectations, communication, and standards shape performance and trust. Leaders are guided to reflect on where order within their teams creates competitive advantage—and where disorder introduces risk or confusion. Through practical prompts and dialogue, participants assess how structure can support excellence rather than restrict creativity. The session concludes by inviting leaders to intentionally create order that sustains people, performance, and a lasting leadership legacy.

ESTABLISHING A LEADERSHIP LEGACY - In this session we will discuss the critical importance of establishing a leadership legacy in a quickly changing environment. Just as the ancient Egyptians engineered monuments to withstand millennia, modern leaders must engineer their careers, and the careers of those they lead and mentor, to withstand systemic shifts. This session explores how to lead with clarity, purpose, and strategy. Through the lens of career coaching and leadership development, we will discuss the urgent necessity of preparing leaders to navigate challenges using high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and a rigorous career strategy as their primary tools of survival and success.

TAPPING INTO YOUR TEAM'S NATURAL GIFTS - Leaders discover how tapping into their team’s natural gifts—strengths, talents, and lived experiences—creates stronger alignment, trust, and performance. Inspired by reflective leadership lessons drawn from place, story, and purpose, the session explores how empathy, vision, and awareness help leaders recognize both individual strengths and growth gaps. Participants will examine how purpose-driven leadership allows teams to flow together, much like a river, rather than forcing uniformity or control. Through guided reflection, leaders learn to see their teams more clearly, honoring diverse gifts while addressing gaps with intention and care. The session highlights the power of female leadership and collective wisdom in building resilient, high-impact teams. Participants leave with practical takeaways and a call to action to lead in a way that elevates people, purpose, and performance together.

FEARLESS LEADERSHIP - Fearless leadership as the courage to act with clarity, integrity, and purpose - even in the presence of fear. Participants will explore how traditional leadership models rooted in dominance and perfectionism limit women, and how a more inclusive, values-driven approach creates lasting impact. Through storytelling and reflection, the session unpacks four core pillars of fearless leadership: clarity of purpose, voice and visibility, embracing risk and imperfection, and uplifting others. Attendees will confront common barriers such as imposter syndrome, burnout, and societal expectations around likeability versus authority. Practical tools and prompts will help participants reframe fear, reclaim their voice, and lead with authenticity. The session concludes with a powerful call to action, inviting each participant to take one bold step toward practicing fearless leadership in their own life and work.
