Day 4 – September 22: Conference Session: Establishing a Leadership Legacy. Culture Experience: Egyptian Museum, Mosque of Mohammed Ali Pasha

Day 5 – September 23: Travel to Aswan. Conference Session: Midweek Reflections. Culture Experience: Aswan High Dam, Philae Temple. *Cruise Ship Check In

Day 6 – September 24: Conference Session: Tapping into Your Team's Natural Gifts. Culture Experience: Nubian Village, Kom Ombo Temple; Nile Cruise departs

Day 7 – September 25: Conference Session: Fearless Leadership. Culture Experience: Luxor Temple; Nile Cruise arrives in Luxor

Day 8 – September 26: Conference Session: Closing Session. Culture Experience: Valley of the Kings. * Cruise Ship Check Out. Evening return to Cairo

Conference Tickets and Pricing

The Egypt Experience Pass

Secure your spot in the September 2026 cohort of The Egypt Experience–a transformational leadership journey through Cairo, Aswan, and Luxor. Your registration includes:

6 conference and culture sessions
Private group transportation (airport, city, and Nile River scheduled activities)
Domestic flights within Egypt
Monument and temple entrance fees
Four-Day, Three-Night Nile River Cruise from Aswan to Luxor, including 9 meals

Ticket Rates:

Early Bird Rate – $3,200 USD (available through February 28, 2026)
Regular Rate – $3,500 USD (full payment)

Placeholder Ticket Rate Options:

Initial Payment – $500 USD (received by March 30, 2026)
Second Payment – $1,500 USD (received by May 31, 2026)
Final Payment – $1,500 USD (received by July 31, 2026)

Additional Costs:

International Airfare: Roundtrip airfare to arrive in Cairo no later than Sunday, September 20, 2026 (conference sessions begin at 12:00 PM)
Cairo Hotel: Based on your arrival date, 3 or 4 nights at the conference hotel, Sheraton Nile Casino. (If arriving after midnight on Saturday night, total number of nights from check in to check out is 4 nights to ensure room availability)
