Ingrid Ellerbe is the Executive Director of Diversity by Doing (DxD), a groundbreaking Health tech initiative developed by Stanford Biodesign and Fogarty Innovation. She is a transformational force for diversity, equity, and inclusion, leading industry-wide efforts to raise awareness, drive systemic change, and create a more just and inclusive environment in health technology.
With over 30 years of experience empowering underserved communities in technology and education, Ingrid is a national thought leader and speaker on DEI. Prior to DxD, she served as executive director of Base 11, where she expanded access to STEM education, workforce development, and entrepreneurial opportunities for women and minorities.
Her passion lies in helping individuals break barriers and thrive in STEM careers. She serves on the boards of Stanford Biodesign, Project Tomorrow, the Hines Family Foundation, and more, shaping the future of inclusive innovation.
At The Egypt Experience, Ingrid will serve as a the facilitator for Fearless Leadership, a session that taps into an ancient and inspiring story about never accepting No as the answer.
